Barack Obam's Africa: More talk than policy reports on President Obama's drive by visit to Ghana where he preached to the Ghanian leaders, exhorting partnership rather than handouts - basically because he has no defined policy - thus the brevity of the visit relative to the time he has spent in Europe thus far in his administration.
Basically the Obamas are more comfortable interfacing in the palaces and salons of the world rather the poverty stricken continent of Africa where he never spent much time in his life - but talked a lot about.
