Laura Ingraham hosted Senator David Vitter of Louisiana.
Ingraham noted that the majority of the $2 billion for the influx of illegal immigrants will be going to the Justice Department while the minority is going for deportation. Vitter commented on the $2 billion+ to deal with the influx of illegal immigrants from Central America by saying it is very difficult to trust President Obama who has promoted these waves and agreed with Ingraham who suggested that foreign aid, trade and visas be on the table to take back their citizens. He said any suggestion that comprehensive immigration reform will pass in the next Congress is a non-starter and if we aren't enoforcing the border now, we never will. He has a bill before Congress to hold back remittances and other money be withheld from these countries. He said since the federal government isn't securing the country, the National Guard should be allowed to.
