Laura Ingraham hosted Jenni White, opponent of Oklahoma's Common Core which has been overturned.
White started to investigate Common Core in 2010 and was troubled by the standards and how they were sequenced. She said that the government wants rigorous standards and feels the way to do this is to cram down curriculum that is best suited for older students. She said there are bureaucrats rather than parents are making critical decisions - and added that she has chosen to homeschool her children. While her children wouldn't be subjected to these standards, she is concerned about the fedealization of all apsects of our lives.
