Laura Ingraham hosted Pat Buchanan.
Buchanan agreed with Ingraham on the hypocrisy of the US sending assistance to Iraq while our borders are porous without the consent of the American people. Ingraham spoke of diseases, national security and the economy due to the non-enforcement of our borders. Bushanan said the latest wave will cost the taxpayers billions paid for by the 50% who actually pay taxes. Ingraham quoted Sheldon Adelson's liberal atance on immigration with the argument that illegal aliens will do jobs Americans won't do and Buchanan noted that he can profit from hiring cheap labor for his casinos, driving down the US workers job prospects and incomes.
Buchanan said he doesn't think Jeb Bush will be the 2016 GOP presidential nominee while Ingraham said he will run and get beat handily, noting how the field is getting cleared for his coronation. Buchanan referenced the resounding defeat of Majority Leader Cantor by Dave Brat in Virginia as a sign that people are fired up on the immigration issue. Buchanan and Ingraham agreed that the conservatives need to coelescebehind one strong candidate.
Buchanan asked if it's the US's job to mop up an impending war in Iraq and that there should be a Congressional vote on this.
