Rogers responded to the Bergdahl affair where five Taliban terrorists for Bergdahl's return. He also spoke about the deteriorating situation in the Middle East in Iraq with al-Qaida which includes Americans and Europeans. They aim to retorn Iraq to a pre-Caliphate era. He said thev've got millions of dollars. Ingraham and Rogers discussed how a war weary US copes with this rising threat.
Rogers said al-Qaida can't be in control of so much land as it gives them a huge platform to wage war off of. Ingraham said the standard of living in the US needs to improve before people have the stomach for more involvement in the Mideast.
Rogers and Ingraham discussed the successor to defeated Majority Leader Eric Cantor and also decried the Obama administration crisis of thousands of children flooding into the US. He hopes the GOP will learn lessons from the Cantor defeat.
