Laura Ingraham hosted Andrew McCarthy, author of Faithless Execution.
McCarthy said in his book he tries to address President Obama's lawlessness and that it is correct to be concerned if there is public will to follow through on articles of impeachment. He said political cases have to be built like legal cases. He said it's a road to tyranny when any president is accorded too much unconstitutional power, aided by a supine GOP. Ingraham cited the continual flow of unchecked illegal aliens. McCarthy said one of the presidential duties cited by the Constitution is to enforce the laws of the US which he flaunts by letting in illegal aliens and giving them benefits. On the other hand he won't look into voter fraud. The Bergdahl for five Taliban leaders and the NSA scandal are two other examples.
McCarthy said the solution is a return to strict adherence to the Constitution where the government has a limited humber of jobs they can do competently.
