Laura Ingraham hosted Miguel Martin and Dr. Stanton Glantz.
Martin said 400,000 Americans die of combustible or regular cigarettes and while he's not allowed to make health claims, they have less toxic chemicals with e-cigarettes. Glantz agreed, but said smokers are dual users with both types. He warned that youth can get hooked on the minimal nicotine in e-cigarettes.
Martin said his company sells to adult smokers and age verifies their sales. They don't do print ads or celebrity promoters and says he doesn't need the youth market. He has voluntary warnings on his product. He supports the FDA's approach on this.
