Laura Ingraham hosted Stanley Bing, author of The Curriculum.
Bing said the dynamics of work are the same regardless of the size or type of workplace. He spoke of marketing one's values and how one's service or product stands out. He agreed with Ingraham that every plce has a cultural norms of appearance. Ingraham spoke of packaging aspects of yourself that could be considered negative and turn them into positives. He wrote about people acting stupidly on boondoggles which aren't as common today.
