Laura Ingraham hosted Governor Tom Kean.
Kean, in reacting to the latest Ford Hood shooting, said it's disturbing that we aren't getting on top of this situation. Ingraham stated that we need to be very conservative in how we use our military and that our troops have been stretched with multiple deployments all over the world in dangerous places.
Kean said we don't know every fact about the Fort Lee bridge closings, but that whatever his faults, Christie is not a liar. He feels he's a strong leader and still can come back. He said what you see is what you get with Chris Christie. He said he's the most talented politician since former President Bill Clinton. He questioned if we need another Bush or Clinton in office, but that Jeb Bush is a talented politician. He decried how the party tends to destroy itself through the primary process.
Kean said the problems we are facing in this country are in part due to being lead by someone with no executive experience with President Obama. Thus he feels a governor is a good choice for the GOP.
