Laura Ingraham hosted Buck McKeon, Chairman of House Armed Services Committee.
McKeon said it sounds like it's getting personal between President Obama and Vladimir Putin and that we could hit back by not cutting our military. He stated we need to look at our mandatory spending. He hears from world leaders all the time asking "Where is America?" Ingraham countered that polls indicated that Americans don't want the US involved in Ukraine after the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, even as she sympathizes with his point. She further pointed out that Europe is dependent on Russia's energy. McKeon said that if we had gone ahead and allowed drilling, we'd be in better shape. McKeon has been a co-sponsor of the Enlist Act which he feels should be discussed by the Judiciary Committee. Ingraham noted that is sounds like this act would allow illegal aliens to enlist even as US citizens are getting cut from the military.
