Laura Ingraham hosted Judge Ken Starr.
Starr said he hopes the Hobby Lobby religious freedom case will not be a narrow decision as the Supreme Court has been protective of religious freedom in line with the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. He said the argument is hinging on whether this extends to corporations. He praised Paul Clement is arguing the Hobby Lobby case.
Starr and Ingraham agreed that the complexity of implementing the Affordable Care Act. He is now a Texas resident, working at Baylor University with a home in Virginia.
