Laura Ingraham appeared "On The Record" with Greta Van Susteren to discuss the Hobby Lobby case before the Supreme Court.
Ingraham said this case hits on a number of hot button issues between a for profit comany being mandated to supply services for employees they deem against their religious values and legislation that mandates women be provided with birth control. She noted this is a marquee case at the Supreme Court. She said they will go to conference after the arguments and cast preliminary votes which cn be modified.
Ingraham also referenced RFRA (Religious Freedom Restoration Act that was supported by many Democrats in the 1990s that spelled out the narrow criteria in which religious freedom could be challenged and that this would come into play in this case. She spoke of her radio interview with Judge Ken Starr on this case.
