Laura Ingraham hosted Representative Marcia Blackburn of Tennessee.
Blackburn said FCC and net neutrality rules would allow the government to control the Internet so that everyone would get the same Ingerent access. The FCC would dictate to the carriers how business is to be done. The DC Circuit ruled against this all, saying the FCC doesn't have authority to enforce net neutrality. She said FCC Chair Wheeler claims there are other avenues to putting net neutrality. Blackburn has a bill that would forbid the FCC to oversee content and operations. She already has about forty co-sponsors.
Blackburn said she hasn't seen Tennessee's proposed religious freedom bill and Ingraham pointed to the vilification that rained down on Arizona due to their religious liberty law.
