Laura Ingraham hosted Jessica Vaughan of the Center for Immigration Studies.
Vaughan said it depends on what counts when determining deportations. She said deportations are actually at the lowest level despite claims to the contrary by the Obama administation. They are doing less with more resources and the media swallows the administration's lines rather than doing their own investigation. She added it's not the most transparent administration and that more criminals are being released rather than deported.
Vaughan said ICE agents are supposed to put any deportable illegal alien into the process and a federal judge agreed with them versus the unconstitutional actions of the Obama administration. She said 90% of illegal aliens would qualify for deportation, giving hie to the idea that they are living in the shadows. She said advocacy groups bombard ICE to not deport illegal aliens.
