Laura Ingraham hosted Harvey Silverglate, author of Three Felonies A Day.
Silverglate said that it isn't the state laws but federal laws that allow the Justice Department to go after people who are in fact innocent. Ingraham pointed out that people who have broken laws such as illegal aliens who are lawbreakers are celebrated. He said that the federal government would rather use made up laws to go after innocent citizens. He said that if a citizen says something untrue in an e-mail, they can be prosecuted. He cited the prosecution of Governor Bob McDonnell and filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza who made a movie critical of President Obama.
