Laura Ingraham hosted Bret Baier of Fox News "Special Report".
Baier agreed with Ingraham that he's never seen a president who has used the executive branch to alter Congress's legislation on Obamacare, immigration and the EPA.
Baier interviewed President Obama once in 2010 and stated that the White House kept cutting down the interview time. He finally interruped Obama as he tried to filibuster his way through questions and seemed annoyed that Baier was asking tough questions on the impending Affordable Care Act.
Baier has invited Obama to be on "Special Report" numerous times and has talked to the president privately, but not on air.
Baier said a clean debt ceiling increase bill will be put to the House which the GOP will vote against and which has an illegal alien loophole. He feels the Congress is playing four corners offense in basketball.
Baier agreed with Ingraham that there is great antipathy in the country toward Washington.
Baier described a typical day in which he spends mornings with his two children and goes to Fox News at 10:00 a.m. to research and work with staff. He does the show and then meets with staff again.
Ingraham praised Bret Baier and his wife for his philanthropy for children's health.
