Laura Ingraham hosted Rep. Mike Rogers.
Rogers said it the characterization of al-Qaeda in this weekend was completely wrong and that this alleged "report" on the Benghazi scandal was an article and that the figures contacted by reporters haven't been brought to justice in Benghazi which is a concern. He has no confidence that these perpetrators will be brought to justice which will let former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton off the hook conveninetly before the 2016 presidential elections. Ingraham stated that the most outrageous claim is that an inflammatory video on Islam caused the attack which Rogers said was false and shocking. In short, it was a terrorist attack and not criminal activity. He also pointed out that help was asked for and not delivered.
Rogers was surprised that Speaker Boehner favors a step by step approach to immigration reform and feels we should have learned our lesson from the misakes of the first immigration wave during the Reagan administration.
Rogers said competition is a good thing and it has helped the auto industry, but is worried about China undercutting the US with currency manipulation. Ingraham predicted that China will have a major role in rebuilding Detroit.
