Laura Ingraham hosted George Will.
Will predicts the Iraq syndrome will last longer than the Vietnam Syndrome as per the US being involved in foreign wars, being overtaken by the Rand Paul wing. He and Ingraham commented on knowing hte limits of our power, resources and mission creep. Will said the same doubts the GOP has on domestic spending on overseas involvement.
Will said Liz Cheney's withdrawal from the Wyoming Senate race as she isn't really a state resident and her policies don't resonate vis-a-vis muscular foreign policy.
Will thinks Mayor Bill de Blasio's universal pre-school proposal is in fact a payback to unions and more government influence over children. He said the liberals are bent on breaking traditional institutions and turning their functions over to the state.
Will predicted some GOP Senate picups in 2014, but agrees with Ingraham that the GOP can't dine out on Obamacare forever.
