Laura Ingraham hosted Mark Everson, Reliant Group LP and former IRS Commissioner.
Everson said that the IRS' reputation was stained by the recent scandal and will have to earn it back. He questions if the penalties for Obamacare will change the taxpayers behaviors if they aren't enough or aren't enforced. Ingraham reviewed the details of the penalties that could hurt the upper income levels. Everson pointed to his own son who would be more apt to pay the penalty rather than buy a health policy. Ingraham expressed concern about the grip of government continuing to seep into people's lives.
Everson agreed with Ingraham that people are savvy enough to figure out what works best for them and no amount of celebrity ads will seduce them.
Everson said that when legislation involves the tax code, it operates differently than if the money is handled by a government agency.
Laura Ingraham hosted Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin, author of Unintimidated.
Walker is concerned about the new Iran nuclear deal and believes that global leaders don't take President Obama seriously. He thinks it is a "wag the dog" moment to distract from Obamacare problems.
Walker said his leadership style basically is to do what he says he will. Wisconsin transitioned everyone above poverty to a state exchange. He said every state is diferent as far as accepting Medicaid. He said people should be transitioned off Medicaid and poverty to have the empowerment of choice.
Walker pointed to his election results as a reason for his success. He thinks Romney got poor advice from his campaign team. He the legal immigration system needs fixing while Ingraham pointed out that Americans need to be attended to.
Walker said the government is too big with Obamacare as the prime example. He wants the GOP to take over the White House and Congress to put forth conservative change. Ingraham asked Walker about potential presidential opponent Hillary Clinton and he said a Republican can beat her in 2016.
Rich described it as a Dean Martin house party hosted by a guy in a cowboy hat. The show is called "Rich at Night" and said he's giving back to the fans with this effort. He has two sons two and four.

Toma said journalists have almost no photographs of the Obama administration in favor of them putting out photos from official government photographers. He said the advent of social media makes their productions look like official news with the White House airbrushing coverage. Ingraham noted the White House picks sympathetic reporters to cover them. Toma noted the press has to fight harder than ever to assert First Amendment rights to monitor the government. He hopes this will change with better access for photo journalists and Ingraham compared it to state fun media.
Rogers said it's a problem when Secretary of State Kerry and the foreign minister of Iran have differing views on whether Iran can enrich uranium. He added the giveaways that allow Iran to have more resources to barter for more advantage and leverage is shocking. He doesn't know how their nuclear program can be verified or that their nuclear program has been reduced based on known inteligence.
Ingraham asked how the GOP can justify going to the tabe in immigration with the Deocrats given the dissembling on health care, NSA, this Iran deal. Rogers responded that he doesn't think there will be an immigration deal during this session of Congress except maybe a border deal where others besides Mexicans come across the borders. Ingraham said this will trigger amnesty as their verification on Iran and other issues is non-existent. He stated that there are Democrats who aren't for this Iran deal as well as many of our allies.
Ingraham pointed to China moving in on islands Japan has dominion over and Rogers said he wouldn't be surprised if there is a conflict between these two nations. He is concerned about reduction in our Navy as China ramps up. He said the good news is that others in the region are reaching out to the US as they are worried about China.
