Laura Ingraham hosted Jake Tapper.
Tapper said Senator Cruz's "filibuster" isn't technically one, but is bringing attention to an issue he's passionate about. Ingraham compared him to Obama in his ability to fire up his base. Tapper said his challenge will be to bring along the establishment GOP which Obama was able to do with the Democrats. Ingraham said Cruz hasn't taken a swing at his critics publicly who don't think he's following the right strategy. Tapper also added that Cruz is distracting from the defects in Obamacare while Ingraham said nothing substantively at all thus far and that there is jealously from his detractos.
Tapper said Cruz has brought attention and resources to himself, but hasn't moved anything yet.
Tapper and Ingraham commented on the Obama-Clinton presentation on health care to the Clinton Global Initiative summit. Tapper stated the Democrats have had difficulty explaining and selling the public on the merits of Obamacare.
