Laura Ingraham hosted Willie Robertson of Duck Dynasty.
Robertson responded so positively to Ingraham's "Talking Points Memo" about "Duck Dynasty" and contacted her and stated that Ingraham showed she really got what the show is about. He said the family's duck call business which his father started 40 years ago. The show is basically how the family runs the business with good family values where they don't take themselves too seriously. He calls it guided reality where they plot out segments that are based on what's happening in their lives. He has five children, several adopted and relies on his faith to navigate raising them in today's culture. He commented on their bearded look. He's done wild hog hunting because they proliferate and destroy so much and because theyir meat is tasty. He deplores gun violence, but is pro gun and points out that they are for protection and that it is people who kill.
