Laura Ingraham hosted John Yoo.
Yoo said UC Berkeley is like a living museum of the 1960s.
Yoo thinks President Obama is ruining the federal bench by eschewing competence and excellence for the federal judiciary in favor of appointing minorities, presuming all of them have the same political views. Ingraham said there isn't enough focus on the judicial branch which has the power to sway the nation.
