Laura Ingraham hosted Tristan Maormino.
Maormino said she started out as a sex educator and wanted to get into a different medium. She described most porn is poor and wanted to produce a higher quality of porn, especially for women. She said there are different ways to interact with porn and that women should define authentic pleasure for women. She said it's not as easy to make a porn film as one might think. She said her porn is collaborative, ethically made and that people feel good after making her films. She wants to change the conversation on porn.
Ingraham contended that this is the oldest gig in the book and that one can dress it up, but that it is the same old filth. She expressed concern about people addicted to porn and its negative impact. She pointed out that women are objectified in porn and not empowered.
