Laura Ingraham hosted Mike Lee of Utah.
Lee said he's left the Senate "Gang of 8" because the draft document on immigration cobbld together by the group wasn't satisfactory to him. He would rather see a step by step process rather than a big comprehensive program. Ingraham said if the nation had a will there would be a way and if we wanted to enforce the border, we would. Ingraham said with all the technology that our country leads on makes the complaints about enforcing the border laughable.
Ingraham said the people who are worthy to be citizens are those who follow our laws and who can benefit the nation. She said there is little credibility that either party has to shut down the border. She predicted we'd keep having this argument if we don't get serious.
Ingraham and Lee discussed remarks by Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi that were vague and disturbing about drone strikes on US citizens.
