Senator Marco Rubio of Florida will be giving the Republican response to President Obama's State of the Union address on February 11th according to Politico.
This will be a trial run for Rubio - after Bobby Jindal's poorly received response to President Obama's SOTU speech several years ago. Does he have the juice to at least be competitive?
