Laura Ingraham hosted Rep. Ken Fredette.
Fredette said police departments were getting requests for personal data on anyone who had concealed weapons permits. He said the State and House voted on a 60 day moratorium on this happening.
Ingraham pointed out that despite Maine being liberal, the legislature there stood up for privacy of citizens. He said the fastest growing demographic in his state is women with concealed weapon permits and that their state has few crimes commited with guns.
Fredette said President Obama is moving in the wrong direction with guns and that there will be a pushback and could have implications in 2014.
