Laura Ingraham hosted Jonathan Last, author of "What to Expect When No One Is Expecting".
Last said demographers talk about the total fertility rate and that the US rate fell in 1968 and that we then went sub replacement. He said we've been lulled into a false sense of security due to immigrants reproducing more children, but that this is also changing as immigrants adopt American culture and education - therefore we can't rely on immigration for long.
Ingraham and Last cited the millions of children aborted with the African-American community most affected. This has ramifications as there will not be enough young workers to support the the elderly and there are labor shortages. Ironically, liberals have promoted more population controls as there will be a population crisis.
