Crane said the Border Patrol is supposed to keep people from entering the country illegally. He said ICE's role is to supervise the people who are here illegally and are in the country already. Ingraham and Crane commented on the confusion over the DREAM Act. He said ICE mostly deals with criminals and that there are now criminals who are gaming the system to say they are DREAM Act students and shouldn't be deported. Crane said ICE personnel have less rights than illegals who have broken the country's laws. Homeland Security has not been helpful and Crane said Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano will do anything to push amnesty and that the borders are not secure.
