Laura Ingraham hosted Vic Walczak, legal counsel of the ACLU of Pennsylvania.
Walczak said no one is in favor of sexting. He said the issue is whether the government should make this a crime. He said in this case where a young girl sent a topless photo and that he is concerned that this could be subject to sex offender status, even retroactively. Ingraham said that minors have a lower threshold than adults do. She also mentioned the harm to youth down the road. He said his group has not been involved with the gun control area.
