Laura Ingraham hosted Denise Austin, fitness guru.
Austin congratulated Ingraham on the formation of her new show relaunch. Austin said that the first tip for better fitness is moving, no matter the amount of time. She said food isn't the enemy, but lack of movement. She likes the new study that recommends small bursts of movement. She recommends good posture with tummy pulled in and relaxed shoulders.
Austin has a "7 Day Diet" with great, nutritious food and seven minute workouts. She goes at it a week at a time. She said to use idle time for fitness time.
