Laura Ingraham hosted Philip K. Howard of the government reform organization of Common Good.
Howard said that there is no room for creativity or savings with the Affordable Care Act for savings as there are so many regulations. Ingraham said almost every doctor she knows are against the law's mandates. Ingraham said there will be a regulatory tsunami coming up. He said the Obama administration doesn't seem to understand the problems with overregulation in which it goes beyond protecting people into running their lives.
Ingraham said the EPA and the Labor Department, specifically OSHA, are cited by business people as piling on regulatory overload which Howard said is stifling business.
