Laura Ingraham hosted Donald Rumsfeld.
Rumsfeld said after September 11th each department of government felt they needed their own security apparatus to deal with terrorism in all aspects. The Counterterrorism Security Group is in charge of coordinating departments and agencies in dealing with terror attacks and this group wasn't activated in the Benghazi attack.
Ingraham noted that defense forces weren't coordinated and were altermantely told to stand up and stand down.
