Taylor said the Supreme Court is moving to Texas with this term's affirmative action case which may strike down Texas' affirmative action policy that there are huge gaps among Asians and blacks on standardized test scores which are harmful to the students they are supposed to help.
Taylor said the Supreme Court will decide on the legality of the Defense of Marriage Act vis-a-vis same sex marriage. Ingraham said that illegal immigrants are also deanding their partners have the same rights as heterosexual couples in regard to deportations.
Ingraham and Taylor discussed that the Supreme Court will do as far as adjudicating on Voters Rights Act provisions.
