Laura Ingraham hosted RNC chairman Reince Priebus.
Priebus pointed to a number of metrics that supported Romney's strong performance during the debate and that this was especially true on Benghazi. He and Ingraham also cited the positive feedback from undecided voter focus groups buttressing Romney. Priebus noted that the focus groups are responding to Romney's agenda for the future.
Ingraham questioned how many undecided voters really exist and critcized the townhall format. Priebus responded that the debate commission calls the shots and the political parties have to accept what they say. Both agred that CNN's Candy Crowley is a fair correspondent but that her handling of the Benghazi portion of the debate was mishandled. Priebus said Obama hasn't promoted greater energy production. He pointed to the price of gas today as proof.
Priebus ticked off several Senate races and said he is pleased with the party's progress in these states.
