Laura Ingraham hosted Governor Bob McDonnell of Virginia.
McDonnell said it is clear Joe Biden doesn't understand how Obamacare is affecting Catholic institutions. He was also was surprised that Biden was wrong on the security details of the Benghazi attack. Ingraham said most people have a common sense view on this incident and can't understand why on September 11th there wouldn't be more security at our embassies and counsulates, especially in the Middle East. He agreed with Ingraham that Obama should address this issue. He said the comments made by Romney were eventually supported by the Obama administration, despite Stephanie Cutter's claims to the contrary.
McDonnell said the trends in Virginia have become more positive for Romney in Virginia and will be joining Romney in Virginia today.
McDonnell said there could be a risk that Obama will try to overcompensate for his poor performance in the first debate and he advises Romney to do more of the same as a strong leader versus failed leadership of the administration.
McDonnell agreed with Ingraham that the military and nation are weary after multiple deployments in a two front war and that emphasis on domestic healing is important.
