Laura Ingraham hosted David Friend, Chairman of Carbonite.
Friend said he brought back jobs to the US because of the need for reliable customer service where helpers can communicate well with customers. He set up a call center in Lewiston, Maine. He said they are paying workers several times more in Maine but they are breaking even because the communication problems made calls longer and with American workers there is greater customer satisfaction.
