Laura Ingraham hosted Daris Long, father of William "Andy" Long who was murdered in a domestic terror attack.
Long said that in testimony before Congress that the attack on his son at a recruiting station in Arkansas and that the Fort Hood assassin Nadel Hassan's attacks are treated as workplace violence rather than terror attacks. He includes the Benghazi consulate attacks as attacks on American soil.
Long received a form letter from President Obama a short time after his son's death, but after that it was dropped. He noted that during the recent violence in Middle East all the media focus has been on campaign gaffes.
Long wants his son's killer prosecuted as a terrorist and that his son deserves a Purple Heart. He amassed all sorts of material on his son's killer, but the governmnet said that since the killer was convicted of a crime, that the Purple Heart can't be awarded.
