Laura Ingraham hosted James Pethokoukis.
Pethokoukis said that despite the dire condition of the economy, the Democrats are saying that everything is all right. Ingraham said the Romney campaign seems unconcerned and is banking on the debates and a strong finish. Ingraham said the books are cooked before the election and that the GOP should come up with a new formulation for thejobs situation. Pethokoukis said that if we were at full improvement we'd have 13 million new jobs. The future looks the same as the last few years of stagnation.
Pethokoukis said the only way Romney will win is that if people think Romney can make the economy better and that it's worth it for foters to make a change. Ingraham noted that Romney has muddle his messages on health care and other issues.
