Laura Ingraham hosted Governor Ed Rendell.
Rendell said Governor O'Malley was wrong when he said that America isn't better off. He cited health care expansion, job growth but not good enough. Ingraham noted other metrics that wouldn't be acccepted from a conservative. Rendell ppointed to the financial system that was tanking when Obama took office and that the auto industry, the stock market and other indices are up. He said that politicians should be held accountable regardless of party. Ingraham asked if there is anything he would criticize about Obama's performance, particularly under jobs. Rendell pointed out that the decrease in public sector jobs accounts for the job losses.
Rendell said Paul Ryan is a wuss because he decried asking for stimulus money, then asked for stimulus money and then wasn't forthcoming about it. He also said Paul Ryan lied about his marathon times and wasn't forthcomng on his activities on the Simpson-Bowles commission.
