Laura Ingraham hosted Donald Rumsfeld.
Rumsfeld said Ambassador Susan Rice's defense of the administration's position on the violence in Libya and Egypt as premature vis-a-vis statements from Representative Mike Rogers. He said Rice spoke with certitude before all the facts aren't in. He said it isn't a stretch to think this all could be related to the anniversary of September 11th.
Rumsfeld said that when something akin to these attacks happen, alarms are sent out immediately to global hot spots where civilian and military could be in danger. He believes that much of this is a repudiation of Obama's foreign policy and that America should be respected, not necessarily popular or beloved. He noted that President Bush went on offense after September 11th to protect America.
Ingraham and Rumsfeld discussed the Taliban sympathizers who have infiltrated US assets and murdered US personnel. He noted Obama has lots of probelms to deal with on the foreign policy front.
