Comeback Kid Bill Clinton Makes Case For His Third Term: Raises Bar For Obama To Lay Out Agenda

Former President Bill Clinton in an electrifying if lengthy keynote speech in support of President Obama.  He did a far better job in defending Obama's record than the president has ever done, despite his vaunted communications skills.  Clinton surely gilded his legacy with this speech and showed this dog has more tricks in his bag.  He also has set the bar high for Obama to lay out his agenda for a second term. 

However, the DNC also had clock issues as the GOP did and much of this speech may not have been seen in primtime - especially with the Giants-Cowboys game on sympathetic NBC.
