Ingraham spoke to Kirsten Powers and Lanny Davis about the Obama camapign bringing back Bill Clinton to shore up his campaign by talking about the successes of his terms in office. Ingraham noted that Obama has worked unilaterally while Clinton built consensus.
Ingraham talked to Erica Payne about Obama touting his economic recovery record. Payne said that it is a choice between Obama who has brought the economy back slowly from the brink and Romney. Ingraham pointed to negative polling where voters are down on the future and dire economic prognostications. Ingraham pointed out that Obama has beenfocused on campaigning rather than meeting with Congress to solve problems. Payne disparaged the Tea Party's influence and Ingraham questioned the liberals' tone.
Ingraham discussed the new Fox News presidential poll and a Quinnipeac swing state poll with Rick Klein. He said the Fox News poll was more positive due to assessing likely voters while the swing states indicate Romney's favorability ratings aren't as high, although Paul Ryan seems to have helped with independents. Ingraham cited a New York Times Medicare poll that was mixed in its results.
Ingraham spoke to Deborah Blum and Joey Jackson about James Holmes seeking mental health warning signs prior to the Colorado shootings and the university's response. They also discussed an extortion plot against media mogul Harvey Weinstein. They also talked about a young man making threatening remarks about President Obama on Facebook getting a light sentence.
Ingraham talked to Cathy Areu and Faith Jenkins about Prince Harry's naked photos. They also discussed a very graphic PSA from the Glee cast member about texting while driving. All agreed it was very effective.
