Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice threw down foreign policy markers with the theme "Where does America stand?". Unlike many convention speakers, she has the knowledge and experience to critique the world stage and current foreign policies. She speaks for the world's victims and for freedom, weaving the importance of the economy and the nation's weariness with foreign involvement. She ended with her own life narrative.
