Laura Ingraham hosted Daniel Henninger of the Wall Street Journal.
Henninger said the good part of the Affordable Care Act is striking down the individual mandate penalty, but put the tax issue into play as a penalty and all the other taxes in the law. He said Romney may be missing an opportunity to clarify the GOP policy on health care. He noted the conservative base was very angry by the decision and was an opportunity to leverage the anger politically. Both agreed that Romney can't only run a negative campaign. He said the GOP falls back on a hedge of the law rather than offering an alternative law.
