Laura Ingraham hosted David Rivkin.
Rivkin said unfortunately Chief Justice Roberts sided with the liberal majority on the individual mandate as a tax. He said the court ruled strongly voted down Medicare and Medicaid expansion. He said the religious freedom argument wasn't solved in this ruling.
Rivkin said he was at the Supreme Court and that the justices all seemed uncomfortable with some aspects of the law. Arroyo added that the states don't have the funds for expansion and Rivkin said they can keep Medicaid as it is. He said Roberts is right in saying that it is up to the people and not for the courts to adjudicate.
