Laura Ingraham hosted Byron York of the Washington Examiner.
York said the Supreme Court immigration ruling basically says that Arizona can't enforce federal and state laws and the federal government won't. He said Obama lost on the "show your papers" aspect of the Arizona law. It was also noted that now Arizona is being told that ICE will not respond to their calls which Ingraham said is lawlessness and no one will be deported.
York asked where Congress is when they pass laws and President Obama won't enforce. He criticized Romney for not standing up to Obama. Ingraham cited polling which says most Americans want borders enforced over immigration reform. York noted the Republican party's split over the issue with business desiring cheap labor.
