Laura Ingraham hosted Kip Hawley, author of "Permanent Emergency".
Hawley said that the problem with change is the risk aversion that the TSA has in case an incident happens.
Allow objects such as bats, knives, etc. to be brought aboard a plane. Emphasis should be on chemicals and weapons.
Allow liquids to be brought aboard normally.
Invest in software updates.
Randomize security to create uncertainty for terrorists.
