Laura Ingraham sub Raymond Arroyo hosted Governor Nikki Haley with her book "Can't Is Not An Option".
Haley said she made the point on "The View" that women care about more things than contraception and that they want to see the economy moving. She thinks as the general election gets under way that women will be drawn to both Mitt and Ann Romney. She said it won't be the strategy as much as the message that will break through.
Haley said that Rick Santorum is saying what he has to say to stay in the race.
Haley said that after the brutal South Carolina election, people came up to her and said they would never go into politics. She felt moved to address this by all the challenges she had to overcome as an female Indian and CEO in the South. She said her parents always said as immigrants how blessed they were to be in America. She said her mother was the first female judge in India that could not get on the bench because she was a woman.
Haley said President Obama has shifted from hopeful promises to a lack of leadership which he is trying to paper over with fear tactics and criticism.
