Laura Ingraham hosted Ilya Shapiro on media censorship.
Shapiro and Ingraham agreed that one person's slurs are another persons free speech in regard to the LA city council looking to curb talk radio hosts.
Ingraham and Shapiro commented on Media Matters campaign to shut down Rush Limbaugh and said the free exchange of ideas and the free market will control content better than the heavy hand of government or paid boycotts. Ingraham noted thattalk radio has been stronger than ever. She said it is hypocritical and that any concern for minorities or aggrieved parties is a ruse.
Shapiro said that the individual mandate has a 60% chance of being thrown out while Ingraham is not confident that Justice Kennedy will join the four conservative members. Shapiro said that if Kennedy joins the liberals, some of the conservatives could follow suit.
