Laura Ingraham sub Raymond Arroyo hosted Rick Santorum.
Santorum said he was currently at home to get caught up and is heading back South. He said the Obama administration will turn their big guns on the nominee. Right now they can't do that and the longer the race goes on, the better it is for the final nominee. He said a short campaign will lessen the mainstream media's influence on the GOP. He said there is only so much one can spend in a short time.
Santorum thinks he can still win the nomination straight up. He said a lot of the delegates assigned to Romney aren't his or could change their minds. He ticked off a variety of issues where Romney has flip-flopped in response to Romney saying Santprum wasn't conservative enough to be his VP. He said he has taken the arrows for the pro-life cause while Romney hasn't. He said he will do well in Mississippi and Alabama. He said if Gingrich weren't in the race, he'd be runing all the votes. He said Gingrich is desperate by floating Rick Perry as his running mate.
